The night receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful which made my stay more pleasurable. Someone should give her a pay raise! The room is spacious and clean. No lift but only 1 floor above the ground. It’s very near to old town.
Just a small flight of staircase to next floor. My room window is actually facing the same staircase which is very interesting. Just make sure that you close the blinds completely to prevent anyone peeking into the window.

Excellent location, close to the places of interest;; traditional cafes, restaurants and shops in Baščaršija are at a short distance; public transport also nearby;

Pansion is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot. You really can’t beat the setting. That said, the facilities could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness; things felt a bit worn and not as well-maintained as expected. Parking is a bit of a squeeze—tight and tricky to maneuver—but at least it’s free, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a decent stay if location is your top priority.
The location is great, but that’s about where the positives end for me. The parking was really tricky—tight spaces that made it stressful to get in and out. The rooms weren’t what I expected either; they had more of a hostel vibe than a proper guesthouse, which made the stay feel less comfortable. Definitely not my favorite place.

Loved the location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were a great size and had all the facilities to keep them at a comfortable temperature. Bed and bedding were super comfy so I slept so well. Pressure in shower was great!

The staff were supper awesome and helpful, specially the guy who checked me in and the young night shift lady.
In the last day i knew that the hotel had a parking. (Night shift in told me). They day after i wanted to park the lady (non English speaking) were not helpful. She could be better with customer service.
She asked if the car was mine few times. I told her no, but as long i am driving it, it’s mine.

The location couldn't be better. Close to the square and a short walk to the market, restaurants and bars. Magnificent shisha and coffee quarter in the middle of the old town.
Very comfortable beds.
Staff very friendly. Roadworks meant there was no tap water for a couple of hours in the area, staff immediately supplied large bottle of water.
Room 14 is an attic room:
1 Constant noise of something gurgling on and off during the night. Couldn't tell what it was.
2 A blackout is needed for the window since 5:30am and the room becomes bright
3 Although relatively cheap, there are better and cheaper options available.
