The breakfast was simple but consistent and the view was great. The location was 15 min walk from the center and 10 min walk from the Yellow Fortress which has a view of Sarajevo that must not be missed.
The room was small and located below ground, so we had no windows, but it was fine for just one night.

Bascarsia is close.
The room and stuff was not nice. The room was not clean. We have found hair on the bed.

Great location next to the river. Good for exploring the city. Helpful staff.

The room was not clean, had a lot of hair on the bedsheets and the sink was a little dirty. We could not hang the shower head up. The blinds weren't great as light came through all night and music came on in the restaurant from 7.30 so woke us up

It was our fault for not asking about the hot water, so we bathed in cold water for 2 days until the dilemma was solved. Just a flip of a switch, who knew !!
Breakfast was great. You could chose between 5 different menus and the amount served was excellent.
Location, fantastic. Within walking distance of everything important to see.
The view from our door was spectacular, happy ducks swimming on the river every day.

Nice room, close to the downtown, ideal for one night stay. The breakfast was good with multiple choices. We had dinner at the restaurant, it was also good.

It is an extremely poor quality hotel, breakfast is just for show, cleanliness and hygiene are zero, blankets are arranged for the next customer without changing, I would not recommend it at all.
