The hotel is situated in the heart of the old city's pedestrian area, surrounded by cafes and stores, so bring your earplugs, but it's not that crucial...

Great location; very helpful front desk staff; excellent breakfast lots of tasty choices!
Two things: I had a really difficult time finding the property due to misinformation on the street address online. Second the shower could use a grab bar. The water temperature is so hot you could get scalded!

A great location in Old Town. Close to public transportation, plenty of restaurants, and of course close to all the great sites. The hotel staff was awsome, very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is the best. Grest variety and well prepared. I coudn't have been more pleased.

The hotel is in a perfect location: right in the heart of Sarajevo. The bed was very comfy, but the bathroom could be slightly better (more shelves for toiletries), though that certainly wouldn't be a deal breaker. The staff was helpful in arranging an early morning taxi to the airport for us. It was also very clean, quite modern, and a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Sarajevo.
The breakfast could have been a little more substantial. The bathroom could have more shelving for toiletries. Neither really detracted from the stay.

Amazing location, in the heart of the old town, parking is available. Latin Bridge, Bazaar just a short walk away. Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Amazing view from the room. Highly recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Sarajevo Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and serviced very well each day. The breakfast was delicious. But the best quality of the hotel was the staff. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to assist us with any request we had. They were top-notch professionals! A special mention to Adnan and Zajda. Both these individuals were over-the-top helpful, always cheerful, and made us feel welcome both at the hotel and in Sarajevo. They were perfect ambassadors for Sarajevo!

Great location, good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to Zajda, who went above and beyond in making our stay very comfortable, she was a delight to see every time we came back to the hotel.

The hotel is right in the center of the old town. It's a great location. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful with a large selection to chose from. Right outside are bars and restaurants everywhere. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel it's lovely ?
