It was my 10th hotel in Sarajevo, but this was a first time when I really enjoyed the stay. The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Helped with the bags and parking. But the best was breakfast, finally I had good ones(I have attached the video on the Google, here the pictures from the video are not so good quality) , fresh food, fresh vegetables and fruits, even nuts and dried fruits are freshhhh, various pastries and desserts, beverages, and lots of other types of food (I stayed at Marriott (both), Holiday and others)
Please not have the same liquid as a shampoo and conditioner and soap or handwashing

Hotel is nice with location not far from center, room with tub in bathroom is ++.
Car Parking not free but available, Amar in reception wasn't friendly enough, reception staff needs to realize this is Movenpick although the ladies are nice, I advice the management to send them all to work in New York for at least a week, in a Movenpick hotel, Bosnians are super wonderful people, they need more training to be perfect, t help their wonderful country to thrive in tourism industry.
I give 7 because I see there is big room for improvement.

Big rooms, in the toilet there is water Turkish Shataf.
Near to river where you can apply waking and jogging sport and there is play garden for children
Waking distance 15 min to Swiss otel where there is shopping centers and restaurants
Good breakfast with varieties.
Near to ATM machine were you can take Mark cash as most of taxi and restaurant ask for cash by Mark the do not use Euros
