The view from my room is exceptionally.
The size of the room is very specious.
There is no room heating.
The pillow is not supporting.
No complementary water bottles.

We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Malak. The location was perfect – not in the busy city center but close enough to easily reach all the main attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with everything you could imagine, including farm-fresh vegetables, four kinds of honey, and cheeses – most prepared from their own farms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Hot springs are nearly and so is tram station from where trams run after every few minutes to the city center.
Highly recommended.
Management should consider having air conditioning thermostat that Guest can control according to his needs. At present temperature is controlled from the front desk.

The staff is very bad and offensive. I’ve traveled more than 50 times and never found such bad staff.

There was no one in front of the door to pick my luggage while Check in and Check out. However receptionist offered assistance.

The location in front of a nice park. The salt bath experience was great. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable beds and nice heating and cooling, amenities are very good.
The walls were too thin, I can hear everyone in my floor walking or arguing, the bathroom tends to form water puddles due to the ground being even.

We liked the relative proximity to the airport.
We did not realize that it is a strictly conservative Muslim property. We were unable to order a drink with dinner, which we could have used after a long drive to get there.

- Parking lots are a few, sometimes you can’t find a park for your car
- In one of the days there were a loud party till 11PM which was not comfortable
- Overpriced with lack of offerings for what is paid for, even the water there is not free, which is strange for a 5 stars hotel

The hotel has a good location.
Hallways were messy with clothes and shoes left for days despite reporting to reception. River-view breakfast was not available to all guests—it was reserved for a group only.
I booked this hotel because I wanted to have my breakfast on the river view, they supposed to highlight this in the booking before.
