The location is super and the property has a parking garage which is very critical if you need to park your car in Sarajevo. The owner was very helpful too.

1.Owner does not respect your private time. I wanted to make laundry - one big problem. There is NO washing mashine that is available - you need to speak with owner about it. I took this room because of possibility of it - owner told the hour that he will be in the house. Ok, what can I do.. He was late one hour. He told about 2hrs washing (drying inclued). I waited like fool, after 5 hours I told him I have no more time, he brought my clothes still damp. I lost all day in this city during best hours to visit, all museums were closed..

Location has a very nice and kind host, possible parking on the site, location is well - very close to the main bazar and also cable car. Price is also very reasonable as for Sarajevo.
Apartments are in the separate house of the host and has a separate entrance, nevertheless it is the same mini yard, so you are always surrounded by other people. Moreover, apartments are in the second floor and they do not have private bathrooms in the rooms, it is a shared bathroom in one common coridor with other rooms.

Close to centre and having a parking space.
We chose this place based on other people's reviews, parking space and large number of listed facilities such as washing machine, private bathroom, mountain view's, city views, balcony and many more. On arrival the host explained rules and then showed us a room at the back of the garden which was accessible by staircase. This room had a bathroom outside the room at the shared hallway and this hallway was shared with other guests. We were lucky that no one else turned up when we were there. There was no washing machine, mountain view's or city views. Balcony was landing area at the top of the staircase and Wi-fi was not working. This was very difficult as our roaming stopped in Bosnia. Anyway, we truly enjoyed Sarajevo and Bosnia, but this place was not good. We realised good reviews were for apartments on the top of the garage (this accommodation was made up of apartments on the top of garage and two rooms at the back of the garden. Also host and a number of others were living in there.
To be honest the bad part was that we had many choices in Sarajevo for cheaper prices, but fall for this place due to listed facilities that were not there and reviews that were for another section of this building.
