Wonderful
I had a good experience with the hotel. The location is very good for exploring the old part of Sarajevo. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and everything just a few steps away. I used the transfers from and to the airport, which were very convenient.
The lack of a person at the reception in the late hours might be a bit scary, but everything was just fine.

Convenient location, close to everything. Safe and quiet inside. Elevator/lift.
Close to nightclubs, so loud late on Friday and Saturday nights. No longer has their brilliant on site breakfast. The off site breakfast option was fine, but not like it was when we first visited on 2023.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom and we could never get the room heater to work. There was only desk staff during the day shift.
Not sure how this place considers itself 4 stars or earns a 9.5 on trip advisor.

The bathroom seemed like it was recently renovated with an improved shower. It was the best part of the apartment. The apartment is private, with it's on staircase once inside the locked door. The front desk stored our luggage for the day.
The cleanliness in the bedroom was poor: the red carpet had stains and there was a lot of dirt piled up between the bed and the wall with the window. There were limited outlets available. The music from the club below the apartment could loudly be heard from the bedroom late into the night.

It was a self-check-in, and the directions to go to the room were like a treasure-hunting game model - scary, but I loved it as an experiment. since no man hotel , they could have to reduce prices again as they have fewer operational expenses for running such hotels.

Bathroom always smelled bad from the start. Ventilation didn't help. Mold on the Ventilationcap. Overall cleanliness wasn't good. Nearby parkingspaces very expensiv.

Amazing location, the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff at the reception were very friendly and nice. Easy check in process.
The sheets were a bit grey/yellowish, they were clean but the hygiene could have been better overall. Please wash your sheets on 90C and strong washing powder.

Location was fine.
1. The trash from the previous guests was not removed.
2. The heat — it's June, and we need air conditioning, not heat — combined with a sewer-like smell in the bathroom was so bad it made us nauseous.
3. The beds did not appear to be completely clean.
4. The air conditioner made noise in the middle of the night, even though it wasn't in use.
5. Some of the towels had stains on them.
