The smell in the room, no nets to protect yourself against mosquitos. You can hear another person going to the bathroom next door.

Excellent location right in downtown (pedestrian area) where you need to be. Friendly staff.

The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful.
There was no kettle to make tea or coffee, and no breakfast offered. The room smelt of cigarette smoke.

It says there is a parking spot but the hotel told me to use public garage that we paid for.

Good location and easy to find. Hotel staff were friendly and assisted when I faced some issues with the smoke detector.
Bed could do with being looked at as the mattress has seen better days.

location and pricing.
the staff did not provide me with the door code. I checked out around 4-5am but I left my jacket inside. I could not get it back because the door was locked and no staff was on the desk. Also, the room is kinda dim and no adjustment with the heater (or at least staff could show me how to adjust it).
