The hotel is clean, the reception is modern and interesting.
when they already renovated the hotel five years ago, they could have renovated the toilet as well. The view is quite sad because the environment is unkempt and the ugliest skyscrapers in Sarajevo can be seen from the balcony. The breakfast is quite modest and limited, the offer is obviously intended for Muslim guests, who seem to be in the majority. I wouldn't go back there.

the location is far away from the center of the city, and there are few parking spaces, and the proximity of the tourist companies. There are sounds in the room within the decor and room service does not clean the room except by repeatedly asking them several times In the breakfast buffet, empty plates are not filled, even when requested

Parking was easy and the room was nice. Breakfast was quite good with many choices.
Hallway areas were filled with cigarette smell (but room was fine).

The room was good .. clean
The staff was not giving a clear answer about our Reservations and they kept us waiting for like three hours then they told us that they give our room to different people, and the breakfast food wasn't international so it is a limited options and not for every taste and repeated every day the same, and no water in the room .. and thats it
