Breakfast buffet
Room was large and well appointed.
I sent several messages and a phone call to property over five hours re shuttle from airport but no response. The next morning I asked and there is no onsite shuttle as listed, it has to be pre-booked and it was twice the cost of a taxi.
When I got off the elevator, the carpet near the elevator was very dirty. However remainder was clean.

I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Sarajevo. The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—lots of variety and very tasty. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but the tram makes it easy to get there, so it was no problem.
The only thing I noticed was quite a few spiders and webs around, which is understandable given Sarajevo’s mountain setting, but it would be even better if these were cleared more regularly. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely return.

Very nice and big rooms, comfortable bed. Quite close to the airport and a shopping center. A bit from the city center. Has a big car park.
No ventilation in the room, so we had to open the windows and that made it a bit noisy.
The food in the rooftop restaurant was not great, and just a heads up- they do not sell alcohol.
