The hotel is not in the best condition overall, but our room was clean and the staff do their job properly. It is conveniently located in the center of Sarajevo, which is a hilly city, and the hotel has a large parking lot — very important for us, as we had to cancel two previous bookings because our car could not fit into the courtyard.
We do not usually prefer large hotels, but we were impressed by the staff. Despite there being tour buses with tourists waiting to check in, we were given our room key immediately and did not have to wait at all.
We did experience an inconvenience with a double payment due to the POS system, but Ms. Azra handled it professionally and kindly. Unlike my bank, which told me it would take 45 days to process the refund even though it was not my fault, she resolved it quickly and efficiently.
I give a perfect score for the relationship with the staff and truly appreciate her honesty, professionalism, and humanity. We wish her all the best

Its good old timer but needs some serious upgrades
The some of the rooms did not have A/C.
Bathroom needs some serious upgrades.
Showers parts is fooling of in the shower area.
Its the shame that long times go that hotel was one of the best ones in region and with some good management can have that shine again.
I guess that needs some people that know how to run the business and everything can change with not so much money to invest in to

Impossible to ventilate the rooms, due to no windows (beware when you order capsule/cabin rooms!) + also the bathroom fan was not working. Bathroom sanitary quality was questionable.

Room size. Great views from restaurant and bedroom windows. Friendly service. Comfortable bed. Close to the river.

Its a cool looking hotel. Without an excellent view from restaurant. Which serves decent food. And beer. Room was good. Shower was hot. WiFi excellent
It seemed to be really hot with no reason why. My heater wasn't on nor could I find a source for mentioned inferno. Better than freezing though

Neglected and dirty , traces of black mold in bathroom. To get to Hotel , not to far from City / Baščaršija pedestrian beware 50% there is no safe walkways as well as proper street light.
A lot , they even do not understand how bad is shape of the Hotel. Three star Hotel ? It Joke . National shame.

Staff was really nice. Was 1km from city center in a quite place. Very nice location, you can look out the city from the hill. Decent breakfast was served. 500 meters from yellow forest to enjoy a nice sunset.
Renovation on the go. Gets noisy during the day. Bit of a steep walk to old town.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean, central location, and amazing views.
This is a budget hotel, and it was satisfactory considering the very competitive price . But it has a noise problem and getting a good night's sleep was difficult. Large groups of people seem to arrive very late, even past midnight, and then hang around in the corridor, calling out and talking, knocking on doors, etc. The hotel management could easily fix this by sending a member of staff up with the guests and insisting that they check in to their rooms quickly and quietly.
