Central location and friendly staff. The room was very clean as well. The garage is also a big advantage.
The hotel is very old and there was no air condition, luckily it wasn't hot when I was there.

The hotel has a nice location with great views of the city. Room was a good size
My stay was spoiled by the appalling attitude of the reception staff. When checking in they were intending to keep my passport. I demanded it be given back as it was my passport and I was told I would have to pay the bill to get it back. Basically I was being held to ransom, forced to pay the hotel bill or I wouldn't get my passport back. Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting behaviour! The hotel is tired and old fashioned and seriously needs updating

Top class location, authentic feel. Excellent view over Stari Grad Sarajevo and beyond. Very friendly staff.
