Wonderful
Hotel President Sarajevo is in a perfect location, you truly can’t ask for better. It’s right by the Old Town, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is modern with a good shower (no bathtub) and all essential amenities.
Breakfast offers a fair selection with plenty of choices to start the day.
A big plus is the on-site parking, something most hotels in Sarajevo’s Old Town don’t offer. The entrance is a bit tight with a sharp turn, but having secure parking right at the hotel is extremely convenient.
Overall, a solid stay in the heart of Sarajevo with an unbeatable location.

The hotel location was locate city center close toa most attractive tourist sites by walking. Staff with no exemptions were friendly,polite,helpful,English speaking and professional. Very clean and secure hotel. Recommend for travelers.
Staff politicians,housekeeping,lobby and sroundig areas. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rich breakfast was provided. Special thanks for housekeeper Vrakio Farrah Mima fav 21 , she was very helpful and helped in overcoming all our requests.

We had a lovely room with a large balcony. The suite was very well-appointed. The hotel was on the edge of the old town, with shops, stalls and restaurants right at hand.
The reception staff were off-hand, diffident and, for the most part un-smiling. Reception did not feel welcoming at all.

Traffic noise if you stay in the rooms on the side of the street, climatization is turning off completely, disgusting coffee in the morning with the breakfast

We had a great stay at Hotel President! The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the parking garage. I selected that hotel because of the pics of parking garage because I was traveling with my car. But I was very disappointed when I saw the garage. The parking garage doesn’t match the pics of them and entrance of garage is not standard and safe. A beton block like a wall (green painted )on the right side of garage door can’t seeable and no caution sign and big risk to damage your car bumper. Right side of garage door frame installation is incorrect. That frame should be 40-50 cm to the left to cover the beton block. There should be caution sign with rubber (yellow/black stripe)As a result I don’t recommend those people who need the hotel with parking garage.
