This hotel was in a great location in the old town! Room looked exactly as expected and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was great and was super nice after some chilly days walking around. The breakfast (fried eggs, omelette, ham, cheese, bread) was good. Also they organized transportation for us to the airport so that was really nice and convenient!

The location is as good as it can get if you plan on walking around the city. Within minutes to many choices of restaurants, shops, etc. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very nice. Also is quite quiet, especially considering it is in a busy area. The breakfast was also very good.

Its central location in old town Sarajevo made everything easily accessible. With a restaurant right outside our door, a currency exchange nearby, and the tram system just a few steps away, convenience was at our fingertips. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped.
The service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to help us discover great dining options and were incredibly kind to our toddler, even engaging in playtime with him. They assisted us with transportation and provided electricity converters. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable place that caters to families—especially those with elderly members and young children—this is the ideal spot.

The location was central to everything and we appreciated breakfast with coffee! The cheerful owner was there, the staff were very helpful, even arranged a driver for our 4:15am departure time
The room we were in had a sloped ceiling and made it difficult to get around but that was minor

The staff was very, very helpful and spoke great English. Even though we did not sign up for the breakfast, there were snacks we had access to including coffee. The location could not have been better and even though it was in the historic center, we had a very quiet room.

A great property located central in Old Town Sarajevo, walking distance from pretty much any point of interest in the city. My room was great, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfy stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, shoutout to Arduana for giving me a warm welcome when I arrived. The breakfast in the morning was good. Price was really good too.
Nothing I can really say I didn’t like about the property. I loved everything.
