Exceptional
The hotel is very interestingly decorated in an old-fashioned style,
the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, the staff is very helpful, the girl who welcomed us was friendly and accompanied us to the rooms and explained the details. Parking was reserved for us in front of the hotel, and we were allowed to leave our vehicle after leaving the hotel, without additional charge.
The hotel is located near the best destinations in the old town, many cultural attractions in the pedestrian zone from which the hotel is located. Also nearby is the public tram from which you can see the city best, especially if it is rainy :-)
A small remark on the
slightly noisy indoor air conditioning, the TV did not have a remote control or
I couldn't find it but the controls on the TV worked.

Bathroom needs upkeep. Bathroom door didn't work, there was mold around the shower and around the handheld shower head.

Nice location, walking distance to most all attractions. Super friendly staff, very helpful.
Room was very small for the price, slanted ceiling so I couldn't stand up straight in half the room. Windows were sky lights. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Good value for money! The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the old city, just a short walk from Sebilj Fountain and not far from the Latin Bridge. The room was simple but comfortable, and the service was fine. Overall, a nice stay and great base to explore Sarajevo

Very comfortable, super clean, perfectly located in the center of old town. Parking available (additional cost of 10min), awesome breakfast (additional cost of 7eur), and great host!!!! Explained everything and helped, wherever possible.

Very friendly people, perfect English, recommendation for dinner perfect.
Small family hotel in the heart of city center, the location is absolutely perfect.
The breakfast was friendly, I felt almost like home.
Room equipment was simple, but OK for me for the 3 nigths business trip.

The location, the staff
The room i was given was right next to reception so i could hear everyone in reception. One evening the locals had gathered and for 2 hours i could not sleep. The room was very basic.It did not have the character of the other rooms with that turkish feel to it ie rug, decorative light. The pillow was awful. An extra pillow would also have helped. I think it was filled with pieces of sponge so very uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels were frayed and with a coarse feel. One large towel and one small towel were not enough.one extra towel was needed.The ladies were lovely. It would also have been useful if you had tea/ instant coffee making faculites ie a kettle, cup and some sachets of coffee and tea. Breakfast was basic but to be honest i went out to eat instead so board without breakfast. On the second night i was given a heating appliance by one of the ladies so atleast i could make a herbal tea.All in all I would perhaps not visit this hotel again based on these factors. The ladies on reception were welcoming and friendly.
