Location of the hotel was perfect! Right next to Baščaršija and the main tourist area of the old city; the location couldn't be better for a tourist visiting Sarajevo. The bed in my hotel room as very comfortable after a long day of traveling.
Sound isolation of my room was lacking. I could hear basically everything from the hallway outside of my room. The sounds of doors opening, people walking and talking normally etc.
The property advertises a 24-hour front desk on booking.com. This was one of my criterias for hotel selection, as I had to check-out really early in the morning to catch a flight. When checking in, I was informed that the front desk is open from 7 to 23. This was a small dissapointment, as I would have liked to have the front desk order me a taxi.

Nice breakfast, Freshly baked rolls, boiled eggs, butter cheese and cold cuts. delicious. and good tea. liked that it was very early and stood there for a long time.Good housekeeping every day. and clean enough.
The location is very nice right in the bazaars in the old town. Lovely pastry shop, and the tram right next door.
Recommend excursion to Mostar
There was quite a horrid smell of local tobacco from the kitchen area behind the reception. And
the coffee was bad.

The location of the property is excellent, right at the start of Bascarsija market in the old Town. Hosts were very helpful and polite. The linen was clean.
The rooms are very tired and need upgrading, there are scuffs and marks on the walls and doors, lots of cobwebs, fortunately only daddy longlegs spiders. The room itself was very small, small low double bed, insufficient room to leave a suitcase open. The window coverings don’t block out the night light and it’s a bit noisy.

Location was prime. A great spot to explore the old town of Sarajevo.
I loved the kindness of our host family.
The bathroom, the lack of cleanliness in the cabinets. I did not like that the hotel locks the door at midnight and therefore the guests have to be back before midnight.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had everything I needed to start the day. The room was clean and outfitted with everything I needed. The location was right right across from the old town with a tram stop 30 seconds from the hotel.
I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The hotel charged a fair price for the stay and what it offered.

Super friendly hosts in a familly hotel located directly on Baščaršija, the old town. Next to the tram station and the shop and bakery.
The linen had slight odour of tobacco. The rest of my family didn't smell it. The toilet also had a distinctive smell, but it wasn't that bad.

Location is perfect center of oldtown.
Heaters stopped at night. TV didnt work. Bed and sheets dont give the sense of cleaness.

The location was a big plus. Located in the middle of old town Sarajevo, it was easy to get to the main sights in the city. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in easy walking distance. Busses and taxis are just outside the hotel. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff welcoming and accommodating.
The room was dated but was enough for our needs.
