The bed was comfortable, breakfast was freshly cooked and nice, staff were welcoming. Room was good size and clean. Good location for airport.
Restaurant was closed so had to find somewhere else to eat. Frustrated as advertised online as open. No space to park car due to neighbours even though hotel empty. Had to park 10 mins away. Heating not on so had to wait AC to warm room when I arrived. Heating started working in morning.

I stayed in the hotel two times during my trip due to its location near the east sarajevo bus station. I liked it very much, the breakfast was included in the price which was great (I really enjoyed the meal there, the kitchen lady was extremely nice and brought my breakfast straight to the table). Staff was delightful to interact with in general and the reception is open 24/7. The room was plain, but comfortable.
Important thing about the entrance because finding it may be tricky: you need to move past the gas station, turn left and go around the restaurant. Behind it, in the building's corner there's a door with the sign "Imzit hotel".
The carpets weren't vacuumed properly and it was easy to spot dirt residue on them.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location. It was very close to the airport.
It was very outdated. The pictures are deceiving. No hairdryer in the room. Only face towels were provided, there were no bath towels. There were no blinds. TV was not working properly. Sofas were really uncomfortable. Toliet flush was not working properly. No parking space was available due to a loud wedding which disturbed us until late night. Considering the condition of the room it is very overpriced.

The breakfast was great, they serve it at your table. I like to be in close to the Olympic village... families out enjoying themselves in the evening.
The entrance was very hard to find. They should simply clarify that you go around the right side of the building and all the way around the bar outside seating area and at the door is there. They should also have a sign on the door that says hotel imzit.
