We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Hills. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. Our room was spacious with modern and nice furniture. The beds were super comfortable. The kids really liked being in the pool (only indoors was open as it was late March). There is also a decent gym and really good sauna (the only thing they lacked was some fresh and cold water to drink). There is also playing facility for kids. And breakfast was really good with a lot of variety on the menu. And eventhough Ilida where hotel is situated is a suburb of Sarajevo there is tram line that leads you directly to Baarija in the old town of Sarajevo.

Breakfast and the pool area were great. I was under the impression that the sauna part would belong also to the price but that wasn't the case. Parking fee was included with the hotel rate also. The room was of good size and had comfortable beds.
Staff left in general a feeling they were only doing their job, nothing above that. This is of course the case with many big hotels like this. I didn't get a true five star experience from this hotel overall. Upstairs Skybar was also playing music very loud until 1am which made it impossible to sleep before they closed their establishment.

There was a lot to see, I really wanted this hotel to be great, the space in the hotel room was amazing there was a big bathroom and the facilities were good to everything was at your fingertips.
The room wasnt clean, empty vape packet, used bar of soap left behind by previous person, and there was something strange about the breakfast, it wasnt right and left me sick the morning after we left the hotel, it didnt taste right.

Hotel staff, bed comfort, and room. We were presently surprised to have our room upgraded to "Suite" as we had a late check-in, and we were supposed to only stay for a few hours.
I was quite taken aback to discover that the bidet wasn't functional in either of the bathrooms, despite not using it regularly myself. While it's not my usual choice, having the option would be preferable. Additionally, neither of the toilet paper holders was in working order; they were broken, Enough of the toilet unpleasenties. These issues are notable, especially considering this hotel offers upper-class accommodations. It seems several areas could benefit from minor investments for improvement. This isn't my first visit here, and I'm hopeful that by my next stay, I'll see some enhancements. At present, it appears the hotel's maintenance and overall allure are declining.

We arrived early and the hotel staff were gracious enough to provide us with a room as soon as we arrived. Generally, most of the staff were helpful and kind.
This didn't feel like a 5* hotel at all. There were no basic amenities in the bathroom, towels were the size you would use for a child (definitely not an adult). When cleaning the room, it was never vaccummed (I knew because my hair was over the bathroom and room floor till we left!) - simple change of dustbin bags, bed was made and that was it, they even failed to wash out our mugs and glasses on a couple of occasions! On one occasion we had to complain it hadn't been cleaned even though we left the sign out and were out all day! The wall in our room was damaged and not even fixed properly. The most bizarre thing was we couldn't put the AC on in our room, it would simply allow you to put the heating on - according to staff this is all centralised and can not be changed for each room! We had to keep our balcony door open all night as it was far too hot even when we switched it off (staying next to the airport didn't really keep the noise out).

Very pleasent staff, atmosphere, clean rooms and comfy beds. Maybe in the future it will be neccecery a little renovation but it wasn't influnece on my complete mark
