For the price of this room it's a really good value. I have a very clean room with nice shower and bathroom. They have great lighting in room. I got a balcony. I have a chair and desk and extra blankets and pillows. Location is great. Very simple breakfast for 7 euro. For price it is great
I just wish they had a kettle other wise for the price great

Relation and explanations of the personnel. They helped us very well when searching information.
There was a strange odour in the corridor. No services were available in the hotel It is a walk away from the old town of Sarajevo.

I don't know, whether Hotel has only one person at reception but already the King of reception has completely confirmed my choice for this hotel. Location is great. A walk of 10 min and you are in old town. Additional 5 min and you can reach the cable car in order to enjoy the view about the amazing city. Room has fullfilled all expectations and after Hostel in Ni, old Style Hotel in Belgrad a fantastic stay. Even the missing breakfast was no problem. A walk of 6 min and you can have a fantastic breakfast. I can only recommend this hotel.

Secure parking for our motorcycles.
The heating of the room was not working. The very kind and friendly receptionist lady tried to solve the problem but not solved. She gave us new room. We carried all our luggage and motorcycle gear to the new room. In the new room the heating was working but in low performance. Also the reservoir of the wc was leakink water. Very bad desing of the bathroom. Really narrow beetweet the sink and the closet. Also our booking was without breakfast. When we asked for breakfast they offered 9 euro per person, really crazy price for the really standart breakfast.

Location was ok
Tired hotel needs decorating definitely shouldn't be called deluxe!! More delusional deluxe.... Ripped blinds that only cover half of the windows and tired old towels that had tassels that were not supposed to be there.....didn't have breakfas as I left for the airport at 4am TV didn't work either....made staff aware they tried changing batteries but still....not offered change of room....overall 3 or 4 out of 10 for me. Disappointing.

Lokacija je na zavidnom nivou.
Nema parkinga,ne sluzi se alkohol u hotelskom restoranu...kao i sam hotel nije vidljiv za strance koji prvi put dolaze. Kada je padala kisa,u sobi je kapalo s plafona.
