The location and hotel staff were nice.
Rooms dont have AC and it gets hot during day time. Uncomfortable bed. You can hear all the noise from rooms around. It wasnt cleaned properly.

Perfect location, a few minutes walking distance from Bascarsija and the City Hall Vijenica! Very kind, welcoming and helpful personnel! There is always someone at the reception desk. Calm surroundings and very beautiful view from the rooms. The access to parking spots in front of the hotel was of a great use!
It will be nice and more comfortable if a few hangers for the towels are placed in the bathroom. Barriers can be placed around the shower in the bathroom because the water comes out and the whole bathroom gets wet.

Location and staff
Toilete was not very clean, there were some dirty dots on the sink; there is no hair dryer and some of the electrical outlets were not working, during our stay there were no cleaning ladies
