I didnt like the room. It was dirty, filthy, uncomfortable beds. Dont believe in photos. Horrible facility. Clean your rooms and bathrooms properly. Or pay more and dont waste your time and money.

I was glad to find a room for the same day where we can get in in the night. (We arrived almost at midnight). The guy at the reception was kind.
The room was not well cleaned. We found an empty plastic bottle and some chips under the bed and some crumbs in the bed. (We just realized these in the morning) The room had a stale smell. The bed also wasn't so comfortable.

Actually nothing.
At first we arrived to hotel so late because the otels navigation was wrong. Then they gave us different rooms which we didnt rezervation. The rooms was terrible, dirty, terrible damp, and cockroach. No hot water... and pillow was dirty and smell. Rude reception. We had to check out yesterday morning. Actuallly we are so unhappy about that hotel. Thanks and greetings.

Not clean, somebody was in shower just before we arrived. Basic overnight hotel, more like hostel. No breakfast at all, not even offered.
It was acceptable price to sleep one night on our trip passing trough Sarajevo.

When I came first they almost charged me more, than I got the wrong room that didn't have anything, no bedding no towels. After complain that I got the wrong room I finally got the one I reserved. When I entered there was no light in the bathroom and no hot water to take a shower. The beds were really uncomfortable.

Nice room for the price. Friendly staff.
Mattresses definitely need replacing. Only by placing a comforter and a blanket between me and the matress did I get a surface free of lumpy springs. Busses were not reliable and taxi drivers always argue and refuse to run the meter.
