The room itself was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern, comfy bed.
The breakfast was one of the worst we had. Really low quality and variety. Only bread, no buns. Not even a toaster for the bread. Nothing sweet AT ALL, no fruits.
The lock inside our room didn't work. We complained to reception. The guy there argued with us that we don't need it because no one can open the door from outside. We said we need to feel safe and a lock is a basic thing. He argued more. Eventually he, after 24 hours, the manager arrived and fixed it for us, but it took a lot of arguing, which we didn't like.

The property is clean and staff are professional. The location of the hotel is located in a strategic place in heart of Sarajevo.

- Very bad behavior during check out
- Receptionist in first night requested €10 for bed and cover even my reservation of two rooms on exact number of family members, long discussion with reception staff to convince them that what they are requesting is not as per reservation
Very rude staff and scammers, never be back!

Wonderful
Nice, big and clean room, good size bathroom with big shower. Hotel is on the main road, but it was reasonably quiet.
Staff was fantastic, polite and very helpful
Good location if you are staying on business purposes, close to the airport, city center is 4 km.
Breakfast had little choice for 4 star hotel

The hotel was clean, no remarks on the cleanliness of the room or facilities.
The room was above 30 degrees during the night and with no options to adjust the temperature. The control panel in the room was not working accordingly and the front desk clerk (3am) said he could do nothing. Located next to what turned out to be a very busy road, opening the window allowed noise and exhaust fumes to be prevalent over the cold air outside.
The breakfast was rather dull, pre-made bread of low quality and with very few options on vegetables or other items made it a poor experience.
It absolutely blows my mind that this hotel carries 4 stars.

Overall a nice hotel. Rooms were very nice and the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
No restaurant onsite, but a nice Turkish restaurant next door. Recommended.
Location is a bit far from everything. Breakfast OK, but a little too basic.

Room was very clean and organized.
Please provide a box of facial tissue toothbrush and toothpaste. You can increase the rent $2_$3 if needed but please include these basic items.

The hotel was unexpectedly good: solid facilities, very very pleasant and friendly staff. We stayed at a few different accommodations during our trip, and the friendliness and helpfulness of staff in this place beat all others.
One down side was no available food in the facilities besides breakfast. There was no option to eat lunch or dinner.
