It is a Family run business and all of the members are extremely helpful and kind. Beds are awesome comfortably and the whole installation is great. Very satisfied with all the over stretching support from the staff, and special thanks to "Perla..." who took all efforts to have us very happy. Much recommended place to stay, walking distance to Historic down town, easy access, clean and all you can ask for an accommodation.
Even when they have parking at no cost, it is a bit intricated to get in and out. Nothing serious.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As soon as we got there the day manager showed us where to park right on site. The following day, the other manager was very nice and helpful as well.The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is top notch. There is a large assortment. They make their own bread even. The location is perfect. Right up the road from the old town and far enough away to stay quiet throughout the night. A great place to stay.

1. Stuff was super welcome and great 2. Location 3. It was really clean - almost not dust even in hard-to-reach places. I always check that.
1. The large bed is actually 2 small beds combined. Not comfortable 2. WiFi was not working stable 3. The breakfast based on reviews should have been something extraordinary, but in fact it came up as just "okay" - food was not the great and did not feel fresh, the variety of what you can actually eat is small (despite of all bottles/cans and plates).

Great location - in a quieter part of Sarajevo but still very walkable to the center and the museum cluster to the west. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice, but it was the staff that were the best part. They were so friendly and helpful - with taxis, restaurants, advice, etc. I would stay here again especially for the staff!

Very large room and bathroom. The location is very convenient to explore the city on foot, and relatively quiet (outside of the old town). The hotel staff can pick you up from the airport with their car for 20€. The breakfast is included in the rate and has many different options, especially considering that it's not a big hotel. Not so many baked goods but 2-3 cakes and warm foods changing every day, fresh fruit, vegetables, 5 different types of honey... The staff speaks English and while not particularly communicative, they seem happy to help. I like that the hotel / the room didn't smell of cigarettes, which is rare enough to point out.
Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. The curtains weren't able to cover the windows fully so we were woken up by the sun (East facing room).

Very Good
Very friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Feels almost like a family hotel. Communication was easy. Rooms were very clean. Location is very good, only a few min walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was nice with some local specialities served which was appreciated (otherwise nothing off the normal in terms of variety).
