nice rooms, nice staff and great location
one of the reasons we book the hotel for my kids to enjoy the swimming pool but they told us it was closed for maintenance. this information should be revealed before booking.

Very nosy, telephone didn’t work nor could be repaired, no instruction was provided where and how to park the car, couldn’t control the room temperature, impossible to close bathroom door etc!

I took massage services and both the pool and the massage are good. Definitely recommend! The breakfast has very good variety and were delicious.
The comfort that the hotel and the staff provided were excellent, I'd come one more time.
Since the area is in the middle of town and it was the festival time; at night it was a little bit noisy.

Location
It’s barely 2 stars hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all , the room is dirty, i had to pick up something from the floor and I was shocked by the dust under and around the bed . It was disappointing.

Comfort left and right in the middle of the old town, amazing. Staff is well trained and naturally welcomed. There is no fake smale undernith the surface just authentic Bosnian Hospitallity.
As a smoker i think you should have some bar/coffee to accomodate indoor smoking. It will go a long way investment return back. I had noticed your main bar is empty all the time while crosroad caffes are full packed.

Most comprehensive breakfast buffet ever... That was amazing...
Coffee from a machine for breakfast is not fitting... Cause the coffe was bad... Pity because the breakfast selection was amazing... And we never were able to visit the restaurant or bar at night because everything was reserved for a private function 2 nights in a row...
