Exceptional
Perfect location, 200 meters from the old town Sarajevo. The rooms are tiny, but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly! We felt truly welcomed by everyone we met there. Private parking is 20 meters away from the building down the street
The tiny sink in room #26's bathroom is awkwardly positioned. It's nearly impossible to use without stepping into the shower. But then the shower curtain makes that "fatality". I understand that it's a single room with a single bed, so the lack of space is expected and not a problem per se. However, the positioning of the sink in the bathroom makes it useless. For example, I had to use the shower instead of the sink to brush my teeth. If you're going to use the sink to shave in front of the mirror, forget about it :)
Other rooms don't have that problem, so it's not a deal breaker after all. The hotel is great, really.

Best location in the old town of Sarajevo. The rate includes breakfast which could improve but will hold you until lunch time.

Amazing location - the best part. I loved being near the old town. I felt that the property was secure. Clean room. I appreciated that body wash was provided in the shower (also note this was the smallest shower I've ever used).
The wifi didn't reach my room so it was useless to me. At night there was a lot of noise outside my window - I don't typically have trouble falling asleep with noise so it wasn't problematic for me, but may be an issue for others. I needed to check out before 7am and didn't think to ask whether someone would be available when I needed to leave, which caused me to be late for my tour the last morning of my trip.

Very friendly hotel staff. They accommodated us in every way. Upon departure, we had trouble with our rent-A-Car. Andrea helped us with roadside assistance to jumpstart the battery. We could not have done it without her!

The room was good. Washrooms good, bed good, size of room okay. Only the carpet on the floor was dated and looked as if it needed wash. Rest else the room was satisfactory and could recommend to people for 1-2 night stay. A 5-7 min walk up the road from Seblij/Main square.
Clean looking carpet would add another star to the room rating.

It’s a small lovely hotel. Andrea was such a lovely woman and was very helpful to us. (I don’t know if I spelled her name right, apologies if it’s wrong) she recommended several towns for us to visit and even provided an umbrella when ours broke. It has clean and comfortable rooms and has a very lovely breakfast. We definitely recommend it

We had booked for one day, but we were so satisfied that we extended our stay :) The hotel is very close to the city center and the tram stop, and the rooms are very clean—definitely a great price-performance hotel. Also, many thanks to the lady who owns the hotel for her kindness and helpfulness!

Hotel is near the centre of the old part Sarajevo. Nice spacy room with good bathroom. Very clean room. Parking spot near hotel. Very polite staff.
Breakfast was ok. Fried eggs cold. There's definitely room for improvement. If they buy a container for heating food and throw in two or three types of salami and cheese, they can comfortably increase the price of accommodation. I'd definitely come back again

What I liked most about were the perfect hardness of the mattress, for me at least, that sent me into deep sleep every night, the roof windows that contributed to a spiritual vibe while I did my morning exercise, and the warm hospitality of Andrea at the reception, which means a lot for a solo traveler.
It would probably be a good idea to inform the guests beforehand that, during winter months, the heat would be turned off overnight so that AC could be instead turned on before bedtime.
