Big rooms enough for four persons. Location in top of the mountain far from the city help to relax
No elevator and the staff didn’t help with the luggage had to take all my luggage by myself to the first floor and the staff didn’t help at all. Staff didn’t bother to speak English

I forgotten our passports at reception desk. Personal was very helpful to send passports to Italy back.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable bed and sofa. Basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) are provided. Hot water for the shower is plentiful. The staff are also helpful and kind. We came back one afternoon to find flowers and some biscuits and water in our room. It was a lovely surprise! The breakfast of fried eggs and sausages is delicious and filling. There are also lovely views of the mountains around Sarajevo.
It’s not apparent on Google Maps, but the hotel is located on a mountain that is quite a distance from the Old Town in Sarajevo, where most points of interest are located. There is no public transportation near the hotel. If you don’t have a car, the only practical option for commuting is to take a taxi.
That said, taxis are fairly inexpensive (about 5€ each trip). The hotel receptionist can help you call a taxi. If you don’t want to call, there is also the Žuti Taxi app (Uber and Lyft don’t exist in Sarajevo at the moment). Make sure you download the official app. It will take you roughly 10 minutes to get to the Old Town by car.

Location was good, with plenty of parking. Behind the accommodation there is a restaurant with views across fields and towards the hills. Wonderful. Restaurant staff had great energy and nothing seemed to be a problem request. Pleasant surroundings. Parking was good and not too far to the door.
Price seemed reasonable, as were photos on the booking site.
The City of Sarajevo is very beautiful and the abundance of history thrives here. What a wonderful place. Some pictures are included with this review.
Location on Google does not match reality. Called reception from a foreign phone having followed the directions precisely to the Google location and verified this to the GPS long/lat co-ordinates. The location was off by almost one kilometre. Receptionist was unhelful on telephone. When finally we arrived, I tried to show the location listed on Booking. She shrugged her shoulders and said she knew about it - but I can only surmise, that it did not matter. They do not care.
The photos on Booking.Com were part of the motivation for choosing this hotel, however, reality contrasted with the image created for advertising. The room was basic and honestly, disappopinting. In the evening we asked for a kettle or hot water to make tea. I was instructed to go to a restaurant and buy a tea. Interesting response. A kettle would make things a little more comfortable.
No bedside light as in photos, just an overheard ceiling lamp which gave off the least comforting illumination.
The room was not cleaned as a candy wrapper was left by the bed on the floor by the cleaners, so it is impossible to guess what else was missed. Photos of hotel are provided to contrast with what is on offer.
My summary - it is disappointing.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The lady who worked at reception ensured that the restaurant served me an early breakfast, helped direct our taxi and overall assisted us with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfy!
The hotel is slightly away from the city centre and in order to go downtown, you need to use a taxi app. It was not an issue but just something to be aware of.
