Very near to the centre. They arranged taxi for an odd time flight. I missed alarm and hotel staff woke us up, otherwise I could have missed my flight.
There was no tea/coffee in room. Hot water kettle was not in good condition. The Air condition was noisy. The floor had missing tile near toilet.

quite simple hotel, but with the required amenities. Very convenient for visiting old city. Provide parking on street in front, rather tight.

Spacious. Clean. The location is right in the old centre. The breakfast was perfect and the lady who served it was very very helpful and kind.
Awful smell coming from the shower sink. It smelled like stool.
There was just one window so you needed to turn the lights during the day. The air condition was a moveable one and was very loud.

hello everyone, I want to share my experience about this hotel, first of course I read reviews and was curious if it really was such a well-scoring hotel in real.
I can recommend everyone to book at this hotel, first of all, they have very clean rooms, staff is super friendly, location just can't be better, 5 minutes walk to center (Baarija)
Car parking can be difficult, but they do have a solution for that, they take your car key and as soon as there is a free space your car will be parked, it is difficult to park in the whole centrum of Sarajevo.
In addition, the owners are Turks, so communication was very easy for us.
Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and owner for welcoming our family.
And I would especially like to thank Mrs Nuray and Mrs Selinay and of course we can't forget the grandfather. :))
There was no minibar/refrigerator in our room, but we were allowed to use the hotel's refrigerator for our food and drinks.

The hotel location is excellent. The lady who served the breakfast was vefy kind and helpful.
There was no hot water in the shower, which I pointed out to the staff, who did not correct the pipe failure. My family and I spent two nights in the hotel and we couldn't shower because of the freezing water. In addition, the smell in the bathroom was unbearable, making the whole room stink. The toilet seat was not fixed and there was a lot of dirt under it. The air conditioner was movable and very loud (to loud to be on at night).
The hotel doesn't have its own pakring. If there is a space, the car can be parked in a very narrow and busy street at the risk of being hit or scratched.

it was clean and location is good (really close to Bascarsija). Room was very big.
The room was in kind of basement (well it was ground floor, but on the other side it was close to a wall (no view), no balcony.
It was really hot, we had to have windows open during the night. it was much cooler outside.
the bed was way to soft!
