Great staff and the driver who picked us up from the airport was really friendly, the hotel is in a great location and not too far from the Old city we as a family really enjoyed our stay and will look to book again!

Very atmospheric hotel, located almost in the center of the old town. Good and varied breakfast.
The hotel has a unique history, and the room numbering is creatively connected to it.
The heater wasn’t working, so it was rather cold in the room — especially since it was on the attic floor.
The room facilities could use some improvement, but nothing too serious.
Parking is on the public street. We were lucky to find a space, but I assume it could be quite difficult during the high season.

Spacious and well lit room. Cute style.
Comfortable bed, pillows that are not too thick or hard.
Small and not very practical bathroom.
They don’t provide tissues.
Room next to the road, can be a bit noisy.
Going back to the hotel is a bit of a workout (steep road)

Nice bright clean room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Good airport shuttle service. Free sauna (not used).
Although the property stated it had air conditioning it was not turned on (26 degree sunny outside). The temperature was manageable but opening the window was problematic for us as there were tables outside at ground level and noise from guests and cigarette smoke from the people outside would come through the window.

The property was close to old town which was good as there is a variety of restaurants around and also close to all the sites around old town. Parking is easy outside the hotel. Hotel was kept clean and the lobby smelt very fresh always.
Breakfast was very limited. For little children or elderly may be a bit difficult as there is an incline to the hotel.
