The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we found a bed bug on one of the towels in the bathroom. We informed the staff, and they explained that their towels are cleaned at an outside facility. We checked the beds and didn’t find any other bugs, so it didn’t seem to be a bigger problem. While the staff were nice, I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of the bed bug incident.

Everything was bad not clean at all the sheets of the beds dirty , the bathroom also and there is many Insects in the bathroom and insects on the bed, not suitable for a hotel, while the price is not cheap, In addition to the loud sound and noise, not recommended at all

The nearness to the old town
It was a shabby room with stained carpet. The sloping roof on 4th floor room was so low it was impossible to stand upright to reach the bed. An uneven corridor and landing were hazardous. No fire escape routes from bedroom were observed. Rowdy party disco beyond midnight should have been mentioned in the booking.

I really liked this hotel and the area it’s in — it’s a super cool neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, and places to walk around just outside. I stayed on the top floor, which was great! The room had AC, a nice view, and those skylight windows on the ceiling, which I loved. The receptionists were very kind and even arranged a taxi for me early in the morning to go to the airport. I had a really pleasant stay — I felt super safe and the location is amazing. You can literally walk to all the main tourist spots in Sarajevo from there, it’s very well connected.

Staff were very helpful, during the day location is perfect... But night time not at all
I had to be moved from my room as half the power did not work and I had no hot water. It took 5 hours for someone to check and I was kindly upgraded to a new room.... However.... This hotel is next to 4 bars. I may as well slept in the bars it's so loud. I slept with airpods and podcasts on full blast and could still hear thumping music.. breakfast included but food was not at all nice

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was really big and clean with everything you need. It is close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The restaurant was amazing, staff were amazing and the food was really tasty and for a low cost.

This place is right in the center, the location is very good, the staff is attentive and friendly, I will choose it again if I go to Sarejevo
