The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm happy I chose this place and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Sarajevo.

In close proximity to the downtown area I could see Ghazi Khesru mosque from the window and the clock tower also ,very clean and neat place
I was told that the washing machine was broken so I had to look for an outside laundry

Excellent location right in the middle of the old town (pedestrian zone), clean, good staff, suitable parking, vast room ....
Breakfast should be a little bit better. Sheet should be better tightened to the mattress in a hotel of this kind.

Location was great (you’re literally in the heart of old town next to everything you want to see), very large and comfortable room. Very decent breakfast with bread, meats, cheeses, vegetables, yogurt, some fruit, and desserts. Would stay again.

Old, dirty, not solution-oriented staff, not good value of money, not providing even cottons and cotton swap in the bathroom, they are not exactly cleaning the room-not changing towels, slippers and glasses.
