Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, on the pedestrian zone and with suitable parking. Clean, well kept. Good staff. Breakfast quite ok. Morroccan restaurant available. Spacious, very light and properly heated room.
It is a 4* hotel, but bath tube gets tired. Parking is suitable, but the space is really confined. Bed sheet is not tight, it should be better fixed to the mattress.

The location is perfect and it has parking. The room was spacious and the view was amazing, overlooking Baarija.
It was a bit cold in my room but it was no big deal.

The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the waiter who serves the breakfast.
The hearing was not working so if you are visiting in the winter be aware of getting cold.

This hotel is well located in the old quarter Bascarsija. Old Sarajevo Clock Tower and Latin bridge are very nearby. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the locality. Room was provided with a TV, mini refrigerator, telephone, locker, free toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer etc. Bathroom is quite small for having a shower. Breakfast was good with an excellent spread of bread, cheese, sausages, salami, different egg preparations, fruits, cakes, cereals, juice, yogurt, salads, olives, coffee and tea. The restaurant was well decorated and was spacious too. Front office staff and the house keeping staff were very courteous and gave excellent service.
Property looks old, with tired furniture, bed and carpets. High time they change the mattresses. As I felt it can hurt my back, I slept on the floor spreading the bed sheets. A/c remote was not working. The housekeeping staff attended to it immediately. Though heating system was seen, it was not working. The housekeeping staff told to turn the a/c heater, but, it was not effective.
