Location
Stuff couldn't open the hotel room too much so I was freezing out there. Also I paid 20 km to owner for taxi and he promiced me to drive me to airport in the morning but he forgot and didn't refund me value yet

Proximity to the city centre. Friendly reception staff - Mona and Gina (sisters) were very nice and kind and responsive via WhatsApp.
Apart from the beds in the dorm, even couches (meant for people therein) were occupied by arriving new passengers. Not all beds have access to power sockets (I did not) and they have a major issue with working keys to the main door. I had to call one of the sisters from a place she was at to usher me into the hostel. Toilets on the dorm floor did not lock and the bathroom did not have shampoo or shower gel. These are expected at any given place of stay.

Verry agressive parking staff, we had daily card, payed, and he was nervous, lack of IQ, very agressive. police had to react As citizen of this city, i m ashamed of this. He is lucky he is still alive. We had a wedding day and he ruined everything because of his lack of IQ He reacted without any valid reason. Jedno veliko sramota!

Location is great. Ladies at the desk were the nicest. Super helpful, understanding, kind, good english, the best. That was the only pros of our stay and I am sorry for them that I have to write this negative review. They did everything they possible could to help us.
There's no window in the room. Old, uncomfortable beds, poor furniture. Super loud music during the night (there's bar in the same backyard as the hostel). Definitely not suitable for staying with kids (and even without them). Booking.com should consider removing this place off the list.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms in general were comfortable.
The showers in the second floor did not have hangers. Also, after one minute of shower water was escaping through the door.

I stayed there 4 nights, was the best hostel I've stayed in Bosnia.. The staff are so kind and helpful Jina& Muna were super twins sisters running out the family business.. The cozy atmosphere make you feel you self in your house not in a hostel with rules.. The place in the heart of the old town a few steps to thw restaurants, cafe, to everything.. I highly recommend this hostel

What I loved most about my stay was the attention Mona and Gina gave me and the other guests. They always made sure the place stayed clean and checked on us all the time to make sure we are having a comfortable stay. I would stay here a 1000 times!
