The location, staff and gym were excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The room was a bit dingy and needed to be spruced up. Overall comfortable, but needed things fixed (paint job, window covering, shower caulking, etc).

The location was excellent—a five-minute walk from Old Town. I had one of the best rooms, 202, with a balcony in the hotel. Breakfast had sufficient items to keep me happy for the rest of the day. WIFI was secured, which made its use useful. Sarajevo does not have UBER. It is better if you call the hotel in advance and set up a pickup. Otherwise, taxi drivers may give you a costly city tour and also charge Euro 5 for each luggage piece. We used Kenan's services, recommended by the hotel staff, even for day trips out of Sarajevo. He was very friendly, professional and reasonably affordable.
I am very upset. Cannot find anything bad to write about.

Attentive, Cheerful staff, full breakfast, great location, beautiful pool/sauna, very complete gym, and spa services.
I had the 6th floor loft room “without windows” which had the bed upstairs and downstairs sitting area and bathroom with a large bathtub and tvs in the bedroom and the sitting room. Great value for the price point, and again every employee I spoke with was completely friendly and helpful which is such a plus.
I wish it had parking, but I had inquired at my booking and they informed me where to park which was simple, affordable and within a 3 minute walk of the hotel. (Which I specifically chose for its proximity to the old town area.)

The staff are very friendly and accommodating even those in the Spa. The second day for breakfast wasn’t sufficient especially good because they refilled.
The first day of breakfast wasn’t sufficient especially for the children because the fries were too dry to be eaten and I asked for Nutella because the bowl was empty but I was directed to get the local one. There were hot foods which weren’t refilled even if there was still time for breakfast. Only 1 elevator is working and filled with mosquitoes the 2nd day.

The Location was fantastic - heart of the city centre and walking distance to the old town - couldn't have been better. A clean and modern hotel with everything we needed. Highly recommended, if we do return (and we definitely plan to, God-willing), we would stay here again..
The Staff were amazing - Dajana, Arnes, Evan and Alma in particular.
Dajana for example went above and beyond expectations and was very quick to help us and facilitate our requirements when they arose - she is an asset to the hotel and a big reason we would return as she looked after us all, which was a big support as we travelled with 2 young children.
Highly recommended hotel.
Was overall a positive experience.

Great location! Professional team! Kenan, the receptionist was fun!
No complains but I wish they had more information available about the parking lot. The hotel itself doesn’t have a parking but it would be nice to get more info where to park a car or even have available parking spots for their clients (Wallet parking service??

The location is central and there is a good gym.
The rooms are tired and poorly laid out, but have new bathrooms. Staff are great, but it is VERY load as it is right next to a bar that has a street party until close to midnight.

Great gym, only downside is that it opens a bit too late in the morning. Great breakfast by B&H standards. Excellent location.
Air quality in room was not the best. A bit damp.
