We like everything, especially a warm welcome from the host. She herself served a breakfast and always offered Turkish tea and Bosnian coffee. She was a really nice lady, with a smile and respect to guests..
Room was larger than most hotels provide. It was clean and comfortable.
Location is great, in a 5-minute walk to the old town, but, at the same time, it was a quiet place for well sleeping, with opened windows. A bus/tram station is in a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you can easily use a bus from the international airport as well as trams to visit the main attractions and go to the railway station.

Great location and room. Worth it. I loved it
If you are going by car, parking is insane at that location. The Property does not have private parking and the region is hectic... great for walking but very expensive and difficult for parking car

The personal, breakfast and location is just top notch. You are just a few meters away from the center, and can eeach everywhere by walks. You can even have parking lots, as it is almost impossible to find any other parking slot in the city which is near to the center.

Despite the language difference the people are very friendly giving it a unique experience. It's the second time I've been there and I really like it.

Disappointing
Location was very close to center , but the breakfast was very poor. We did not want to have it at all.
the facility is very old, and the staff does not speak English.

hotel is located at city centre. you can walk easily to everywhere. if you want to see Bascarsi you will arrive on 3-4 minutes walk. hotel location is very well. rooms are clean and silent. you can feel all comfortable choices.

A family run hotel with large guest rooms, excellent linens and comfortable bed & seating. All staff members were gracious, taking extra steps to make the stay easy.
I appreciated the in room extras- fridge, kettle and well placed electrical outlets.
No suggestions, they are experienced hospitality pros.

Pleasant
The location is near to the old city center, so you can easy get there by foot. The staff was very kind.
The room was very small for 3 persons also the location was a little crowded. The neighborhood is nosy, but probably because you are in the center of the city and because there are many buildings serving other purposes nearby.
