Location and staff.
The shower is to small,if you are over 180 IB don’t book this hotel.I am 163ib and it was challenging to take shower.Light in the mirror area at bathroom is unbelievably bad.Breakfast is not to bad,and some rooms are without the curtains on windows,super bright in morning.

Location was great. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was really quiet. They provided a separate, gluten free breakfast for my girlfriend who has celiac disease. We could store our luggage after checkout while we explored the city further
The AC didn't work, the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and the shower head was loose

the location is perfect just what you need to be in the heart of bacharchia so you don't need a taxi for shifting the staff are helpful and friendly the breakfast is simple and delicious, the size of the suite

The location in the Old Town made strolling around so easy. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We had a minor problem, but the staff handled it. They made it look easy. Problems will continue to happen; a great staff smiles and takes care of it. Thank you.
During quiet moments the women on the desk team took time to chat. Meeting locals, and getting to know them even a little will be one of my best memories of this visit.
There was nothing that wasn't wonderful.

- The hotel is in the very center of the old city.
- The room and bathroom were large.
- The staff there were very helpful, especially in helping with parking when arriving and departing. It would be even nicer if the hotel can provide a detailed instruction before arrival on how to drive to the hotel.
- The breakfast was very good.
- The room was large but a little simple for a 4-star hotel, but it was OK.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Sarajevo. With very nice facilities, good breakfast to start the day. And very kind and great people working in the hotel. We had also the parking reserved, since this is the centar of Sarajevo, that the stuff handles perfectly. Really great stay, and will come back again.

Comfortable beds. Staff is super helpful. Location is nice. Facilities are nice. Everything was clean.
I think sound and smoking could be handled better. The guests in nearby rooms were acting as ifnthey were at home. Staff needs to mention the house rules at the very beginning, because people were still screaming and smoking inside the rooms. It's a bit noisy during the day and until 23:00 pm. At least with street facing rooms.

Breakfast could be improved as the items seemed of poor quality.
The staff were very friendly especially the manager who picked me up from the airport.
There was a fair amount of street noise but largely reduced by closing the windows however the radiator being on made the room a bit stuffy. The bed was very comfortable. Water in the fridge might be a nice touch although I think you can drink the tap water.
