Senada and her family make you feel at home with their warm hospitality. The location of the house is top notch and everything you need is available at walking distance. The yellow fortress with stunning views of the city is right next to their house. They offer safe parking within a gated compound, not along the street.

Our stay at Apartments Vratnik was absolutely amazing! The place was nice and clean and even without aircondition, we were perfectly fine and comfortable (we stayed in August). The location was beautiful in the hills, which is only 10 minutes away from the old town. Despite being so close to the center, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and has a bakery and supermarket close by. The best part of our stay was definitely Senada and Esko, who were wonderful hosts! They were kind and caring and they fully welcomed us and made us feel at home. They definitely gave us a taste of the local life and interesting history of Sarajevo. I couldn't recommend this more for your stay in Sarajevo, since we are definitely coming back for our next visit!

The owners are very sweet and really make you feel welcomed. We were offered a great rose juice, homemade baklava and a lot of care! The room is very big and clean. The position is great as the city centre is 10 minutes downhill and very close to a great viewpoint! Moreover also the Vratnik neighbourhood is very nice! Absolutely recommended if you want to feel cozy.

The accommodation is located in the oldest part of Sarajevo therefore it overlooks the city. A few meters away is the fortress from which you can enjoy an incredible view over the whole city. The apartment is fresh, tidy and comfortable. The hosts are absolutely delightful and hospitable. A real pleasure to have long and pleasant conversations in English with them. Highly recommended!

Lovely host, she waited up till 2.30 as we had a flight delay. Gave us information about Sarajevo and was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you need. Location great, on walking distance to old town. Only a few minutes walk to yellow fortress where you have a great city view and sunset
Its on top of quit a hill, but you can take a taxi or bus to get up if its to steep to walk.

the location is perfect, quiet block 10min walking from the center, the house has a wonderful private garden, the room is big, comfortable beds, clean and chill (while outside was 37degrees), all was perfect and the host, she's the best! the location is up on a hill, you need to walk 5min till the yellow fortress where you can have a whole view of the city, and enjoy sunset. walking 5min further more you're in the center, loads of bars and restaurants, shops, and all the main interesting spots are there.
nothing relevant, if you don't want to walk 10min uphill, you can easily take the bus.

Everything is perfect, the house is very clean, the garden is wonderful, the host is the nicest we met in years of travelling and she offered us baklava and cheesecake when we arrived. He also helped us by storing our luggage for some days to let us travel free in Bosnia. We loved our stay here , we recommend it 1000%, so that we decided to prolong our stay in Sarajevo

Nice and helpful host, quiet surrounding, cats in the house :) Private parking place nearby. A little kitchenette in the room, fridge and a kettle. Private bathroom. Comfortable bed. 3 minutes walk to the Yellow Fortress with a great view toward the city.
A little bit strange smell in the room, probably from the sink. Also the wardrobe smells like the old furniture. And be aware that the house is located up the hill when you go back from the city center ;)
