The flat was clean, comfortable, the area felt safe.
The water was not running on one of the days I was staying there. Even though it was a planned maintenance (as I checked on Sarajevo water management website), the host did not inform me at all. When confronted about the fact and asked for a discount, the manager started being extremely rude, writing me messages with caps lock on. She was extremely arrogant in her messages, totally not caring about the guest, not showing even a slight amount of sorriness or respect to the customer. I attach her arrogant messages below. Luckily, booking.com provided the discount instead of her (probably because booking.com understands that running water should be a part of the accommodation services)
Other than that, even though the location is quite close to the centre, it's quite uphill so especially in summer it can be quite exhausting to climb to the flat. As mentioned in the description, there is no AC, so the flat can get hot in summer but it was manageable in my (ground floor) apartment.

The house was clean and appliances were provided, like a fridge, toaster, washing machine and drying rack. Sheets and bed coverings were fresh and clean. The apartment does not have an air condition but it has a natural cool temperature. We even used the quilts for sleeping. Very quiet room. There is a supermarket and a bakery close to the apartment.
We didn't know that it is located on the hill and the first time was very hard to reach with backpacks and all. The rest of the days, we just returned to the apartment by taxi, which is 5-6 Bosnian marks (2.5 - 3 Euros).

It's surprising that the inside of the house is cool despite the hot weather. The garden and garage are large.
The house is located on a really high hill. I don't think you can go out without a car. Good luck though. There is no washing machine at home, but there is one in the warehouse. "There is nothing bad about the house except the laundry system". It's a little low because it's the ground floor (level difference), but you get used to it after a while.

The host was waiting for us, because we arrived late and we couldn't find it. Perfect location 10 min from the center.
The beds had very uncomfortable mattresses, we had the low apartment with no view, but it was quite OK. Narrow streets for bigger cars.

Accommodated in a very quiet place. Decent, basic equipment. But there is no air conditioning - I'm just warning, we didn't notice the equipment in the description. But it is great that there is a private parking lot. Very close to the old city by walk.

Big room with great shower and kitchen facilities, the host was very lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. Just a short walk into old town and free private parking. No air con but we were there in the middle of summer and the room didn’t get too hot so it’s all good without.
The streets are all very small and very hilly to drive around if you’re not confident but that’s the whole city so not a negative about the actual property I just scraped our hire car on the way.

Very friendly hosts, well equipped and spacious apartement, 10 min walk to city center and everything was clean and functioning. It was extremely hot during our stay and a fan was provided, which was great.

Host was amazing. Very accommodating, helpful and joyful. The home was clean and it kept cool despite the 35 degrees outside.
It was a bit uphill from the city but still very close (less than 10 min walking), and there are services such as bakeries and cafes nearby
