great location, great price, extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts, nice amenities in room.
Nihad and his family were very accommodating to us. We had our train run late and they were very nice to allow late check in. They also allowed my partner's grandmother to stay a few nights after she flew in so she could catch a train in the next few days. He even offered to drive her to the train station! Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sarajevo!

Quiet area but very close to old town. Little garden so pleasant to eat outside. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Felt very safe and secure. Not luxurious but very good value for money.
Beds, bedding and towels were very clean but quite old and worn.
Like most places in Bosnia we had to pay in cash - but hosts were very understanding that we could not pay on arrival.

The hosts are very kind and friendly. A major advantage of the apartment is that it includes a parking space in the garage, so there's no need to worry about the car. The apartment is of a suitable size and includes a kitchen and a bathroom, though they do require renovation.
The price per night is quite affordable. While the old town is a bit of a walk away, the distance is not too far, making the location very convenient for exploring Sarajevo.
The apartment definitely needs repairs and renovation. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been updated for a long time, with the rusty radiator being particularly unappealing. Additionally, there wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper, which should be a basic standard.
In the kitchen, the cabinets had broken handles, which looked very unappealing. Moreover, we found food leftovers inside the cabinets, and not all the dishes were clean.

Location was amazing. 5 minutes walk to baščaršija. Parking is provided by accomodation

Wonderful
Location was really good. I looked for a place near the city center where i needed to work some papers out. The hosts were really nice and helping out in every step. The price was great and we felt like at home.
Only thing i would maybe add is little bit more bowls and clean dishcloths, and better blinds so the sun doesn't wake us up in the early morning. Everything else was exceptional.

Check in and out was pretty easy. The house was nice and clean. The host kindly provided us with shampoo and body gel upon our request. The location of the house is close to then centre (Barcarsi) and not too steep. There is also a lovely garden in front of the house, shared by two rooms.
Although the toilet was equipped with solid soap, there was no liquid handwash, which is usually more convenient.

Good location 10min from bascarsija on foot, private garage for a car.
The photos are misleading. Everything including the garden is cramped, the space is not renovated as shown in photos (crumbling wall paint, old rug). NO Wi-Fi! They have passwords but no internets work! The TV is the size of a laptop and barely works. The cleanest thing was the bed, the glass in the bathroom had a layer of soap, the refrigerator was yellow and dusty, the inside of the cabinets was dusty with a musky smell. The “couples bed” has a 20cm hole in the middle.The light in the garden which shines into the room (no blinds) was turned on until 00:30 at night. No ac. The kids were loud and had no respect for privacy, they ran up to our dog without asking. The hosts were dismissive and in a hurry.

Polite and helpful owners. They speak English without any problems. Clean room equipped with the necessary accessories. Very good location, 10 minutes walk to the city center. In my opinion, a safe area. Additionally, the apartment is located behind an additional gate.

Nihad and all his family are very nice people and they are very helpful. We feel very happy and lucky to meet them. We felt very comfortable at their place. They have their own garage for parking. House is very close to Bascarsi. House is clean and have everything you need. When we could not make our flight and we needed to stay one more night in the centre, Nihad helped us to find us another accomodation even though his house was full. We were really very grateful to him and thank him and his kind family for his kind assistance. You can stay at their place without any hesitation.?

Hosts were so helpful and friendly. Brought us everything we needed and even woke up early to book us a taxi at 6am. Had all facilities we needed and a very short walk to old town.
Room looked slightly different from picture but still had everything we needed. Did not have air con but had a fan.

Owner was very kindful and supportive to us during my accommodation. Furnitures and towels were clean.
Hand soap and shampoo was not enough. Hostel was close to city center but you need to climb small hill.
