This is the second time we are staying here so we are familiar. The location is just right. It is a busy street and there is a lot of noise, but the windows provide good insulation. Ac worked great.

Location, it was not too noisy compared to other central locations.Balcony was nice.
The flat smelled bad. The pipes and the toilet smelled even worse after flushing. The shower and the tiles around it were not cleaned properly and it was fully covered by scale. We got 1 towel less and even though we asked for it, it never arrived. We did not have enough bedsheets upon arrival though we managed to get it. Smaller towels were made by cutting a normal towel into half. Toilet seat is broken. Water heating did not always turn on when having a shower despite several trials. I needed to finish my hairwash with full cold water. We were not able to park close by, needed to pay for parking in a hotel 1 km away.

The host and her mother were very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was a good size for a single traveler. It is nice and bright and has good air conditioning. The location is very convenient to restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the Latin Bridge and old town.
The studio was clean, with a nice modern shower and cooking facilities.
The traffic was loud until about 11pm. You have to climb two floors so that is difficult with heavy suitcases.

The host was nice to us, was trying to help.
The first thing we saw in the room - A COCKROACH.
Almost everything you touch just falls apart - the fridge door came off, closet handles, shower head.
Then there were no bed sheets, no pillow case for a second bed.
Overall the concept of the place is very nice, but people who run it seem to not care about the experience the guests get.
P.S. on pictures it looks better than in real life.

Good location, close to basicly everything.
The room has very basic equipment.
It had a certain not pleasent smell to it (similare to places where smoking is allowed). The balcony was rather dirty, and so was the carpet and floor towel. It looked like it hadent been cleaned for some time. The owner was away the first day so she unfortunately didnt do anything to have it cleaned. The next day she wanted to help but we already cleaned it, none the less she didnt offer a disscount or something.
All in all its a good deal, would be better if it was clean.
