Wonderful
This property was located strategically just a short walk to Mostar Old Town Center and Mostar Bridge. The surrounding area was dotted with several quaint cafes and bakeries frequented by the locals.
It was divided into an older wing with rooms with attached bathrooms. These rooms were comfortable enough but may benefit from refurbishment due to the age of the fittings which some may calm quaint but not run down.
The new wing had new apartments and were definitely more modern and better appointed. An elevator was available as well as opposed to stair case only in the old wing. Hence these would be better suited to travelling families and those with mobility issues. I highly suggest to spend a little more to get the apartments instead of the rooms if you’re able to.
The staff were courteous and went out of their way to explain about the surroundings of the villa.
Older rooms may benefit from refurbishment in terms of modernising facilities but maintaining old world charm.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Fortuna! The hosts were wonderful and attentive. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool to beat the heat. The breakfast was delicious; our kids especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and we adults enjoyed the many offerings of cheese and coffee. The location is a short walk from old town. We will be back!

Good location, a short walk from old town and bridge. Quite a big room, old furniture but clean. Free parking though we asked the reception guy to reverse it in as it’s quite narrow. Good value.
The staffing seemed limited, possibly because it was very quiet there when we stayed. I had a message before we stayed that said breakfast was available but at check in only a nearby cafe was mentioned. So we were unclear if the property had a restaurant or not.

The hosts went out of their way to make the stay perfect. The off street parking is convenient especially for a hotel walking distance to the centre. This is our 2nd stay and we brought additional friends from Australia this time in an extra room. They have a back courtyard which is great to chil while waiting.

The location of Villa Fortuna is incredible! Just 3-4 minutes walk from the Old town but nevertheless on a quiet road. The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The AC was wonderfully cold.

The Personal was really nice and helpful.
The cleaning Service did a really great job.
If we come to mostar again we would stay here ☺️
The bed was not so comfortable and the in room Equipment was not modern.

Great location with only a short walk to the old town. We were also able to park in their secure garage. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival and departure. Mostar is best enjoyed early morning or late evening when all the coach trips have departed.
It’s a bit dated and the bathroom has seen better days. Mostar is very busy during the middle of the day so we recommend a power snooze ?. Beware of professional beggars.

The breakfasts were good. The location was very convenient to Old Town.
The bathroom sink counter was small, but this was true at all hotels I experienced in the Balkans.
