Room is large, very nice and clean. Has all we need and extra a terace. Very close to Stary Most. Parking is included and I was able to easily fit a compact SUV. Host spent time with us and gave good information.

Landlords are really slow to respond to requests. And there was an issue with the pillows -theyre very lumpy and uncomfortable so I asked the very first morning for new but they only had more of the same. Then on our last night we were offered a firm pillow. I thought it was going to be another lumpy pillow so I refused at first, only for the landlady to yell at me that I was raising this issue at the end (after I'd paid, by the way) and that we were rude guests for checking the place had been cleaned (we have allergies). I pulled out the WhatsApp chat showing I spoke to her husband first thing about the pillows and pointed out we need to check on cleaning for health reasons. The chat also shows all the super late responses from the landlords to any questions like turning the AC on when we were there the first afternoon and it was hot. He responded two hours later when we had stepped out to sightsee. Landlady eventually calmed down but I was too upset to sleep well after this awful behavior. She was smiling at the end though, so I don't know... After this experience, I would not rent an apartment via booking.com or any other site again. It's hotels all the way from now on. P.S. Landlady was definitely shouting. My mom was there and my aunt heard her from the bedroom. They were both horrified. If the owners do not like people asking questions then perhaps this is not the business for them.

Breakfast was not included. Great location it is only a couple blocks from the old Mostar bridge and the Bazar. The room has an ample terrace to seat after the Sun comes down with a view to the hills. Parking is free of charge about 50 meters around the corner.
The only thing I didn't like was the A/C split unit in the room makes noises at times.

the accommodation is very close to the old town, all sights within walking distance. The host is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Parking is very tight as in all old towns. We managed to squeeze our 7 seaters in between 2 buildings (as per directed by our host) but it was not easy. There is a paid parking in an alley across the street if needed.

We loved the location! Just 2 minutes walking from old city center. Room was quite small but well-equipped. The owner were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. We also appreciate free parking already included in price.

The room was clean and spacious! Also really good water pressure in the shower. The building is super close to the Old Bridge, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The free parking lot is just across the street, which you will definitely need if you’re coming by car. The host was friendly and made us feel at home :) I would definitely stay here again!
