Location is great for old town. Parking on site makes it perfect. The communication was great, the greeting was warm and inviting. The room was beautiful with a balcony and view. The shower and the bed were both wonderful. Air con works well. Restaurants and a beer garden are outside the door, the bridge and market are extremely close.
The only thing I would suggest is some type of shelf or table in the bathroom for toiletries and maybe some hooks to hang up towels or clothes but honestly it was a beautiful place and very comfortable. We were sad to leave.

Stayed in room 22 and the view was amazing! Could see the crooked bridge and surrounding area. Quiet, so comfortable, very clean. Staff was wonderful, they took the time to connect and made sure we were all set up and happy.
Perfect location. Right by the bazar and a few minute walk to the old bridge. Highly recommend!!

The reception lady and Deny are so friendly and helpful. They offered me all the information I needed, helping me when I was in a loss.
The room is very big and clean. It’s only about 10 meters (I guess) to the crooked bridge. And just outside of the apartment there are taxis waiting.
Everything is perfect there! I enjoyed my stay!

Disappointing
Pros: Location was ideal, only a min walk into the historical center. Had no issues with the WiFi connection. Owners and staff of the hotel were really nice, helpful and friendly. Walk from hotel to central bus station is about 15 mins/ or a 5 min taxi ride.
Negatives: Rooms were not clean. The housekeeping lady in charge of cleaning the rooms does an awful job, found a lot of hairs in the shower and on the floor the day I checked in. Shelves and desk were dusty. The bed sheets were not clean and had some blood dot stains on it. Also, there is a bad sewer smell coming out of the bathroom, which I’ve seen other reviewers have complained about the same issue and they have not done anything to fix this matter yet. The bathroom is super small, and the stand up shower feels a bit claustrophobic due small space to move/bend around, as well as the shower pressure is weak. Furthermore, no lift/elevator, stairs only so be prepared to carry your luggage through the stair case.
FYI- Hotel only takes cash payment only in either Marks(BAM) or Euros, no credit card pyt.

The award for the best view accommodation should go to this place. You have a very adequate and perfect room and a balcony with an incredibly beautiful view, life is much better now. The couple who run it are the most sympathetic people in the world, meeting them and staying here were the most enjoyable moments of my trip.

Friendly hosts. Good location at the edge of old city. Clean room. Free parking in front of building.
Some minor issues such as lack of nightstand to place objects and water from shower tends to go all over bathroom floor.
