We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful at this wonderful hotel good customer service from the guy how check me in tne afternoon and provide me a wonderful room 837 and also in the lebanon restaurant thanks to Basel he has been so nice and very welcoming from the hostess at the door
We where suprising with room service who couldnt give us wine opener and said hotel have only wine opener and is closed so he doesnt have any opener .....
This 10 stars goes to Basel and the guy at front office .. and all the staff include the house keeping..

Good breakfast, many choices but bread wasn't fresh. Big indoor swimming pool with clean water.
we got a room that was not cleaned after the previous guest. Based on a complaint at the reception, the room was immediately replaced with a clean one.
