The location of the property is really good. It was clean and spacious. Hosts are really helpful and co-operating. Miro assisted me with skiing equipment and helped removing the snow on my car when I left.
So, I was supposed to pay 150BAM for one night stay and parking and I gave 200BAM but Miro did not return my 50BAM and we rushed into looking at ski equipment and when I was asked about ski rental, I said you already have 50BAM and he refused to acknowledge this and started shouting and did not check the camera recording to verify my claim. So, I paid for ski rental and I did not want to spoil my day looking after other properties. This was one of the worst experiences I had during my time in Bosnia.

Staff friendly and flexible with pick ups. Lots of space for a group of 5. Views from the room were stunning. Facilities were great. Really great spot a short walk from slopes, restaurants and ski hire. Boot room was a generous size. Great common area of the apartment with bench seats and tv provided with many sports options.
Bar downstairs too!
The property was great for the price and space, although I’m guessing some rooms might be smaller. Great for 5 people ( 2 couples and one lone wolf).

Been there 7 times. The best location, next to the slopes. Both Branka and Miroslav are superhosts. They made us the best dinner with čevapi. Dont forget to ask them to make you the real bosnian dinner! Miroslav gave us a ride with 4wheel bike for free :).

Very good location,very close to the slaps. Apartment contains ski room,also very cozy and comfortable. All recommendations for the host, he was very polite and hospitable. We will come again definitely.

We enjoyed our stay at Artic apartments. The apartment is close to the ski slopes, it had enough space for comfortable stay. The view was amazing, it was warm and clean. The hosts were most welcoming and provided us with the complimentary drink at our arrival and departure. We highly recommend this place.

Great and friendly hospitality. The apartments are big, clean and properly organised. In case of need, the host is always available and ready to help. The location is perfect for skiers, with the slopes at 50 meters distance from the accommodation. Plenty of TV channels available in multiple languages and for all ages.

Apartments were clean and comfort equipped with everything you need. The host and his wife welcomed us with rakija coffee and nice talk. It was perfect. And not to forget their cute friendly dog :)

Location, ski lifts, hospitality and food. Apartment #8 has a large fridge and icemaker. Miroslav, the host, is very kind and offering help in all respects.
Apartment #8 has steep stairs to the upper level and is unaccessible to the elderly and/or disabled.
