Pleasant
Communication with the owner and arrangement of check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The apartment is spacious and the view is splendid! Also, we enjoyed the nearby restaurant Sedmica a lot. In front of the apartment you can easily park your car for free.
The apartment does feel like it's not well cared for. A leaky shower results in wet feet every time you need to use the bathroom. Overall cleanliness could be improved. We found a few centi- and millipedes crawling around the carpet and also dirty underwear under the bed. The master bedroom does not have a window, so the room feels quite stuffy.

The view from the suite is beautiful! Plenty of free parking in front of the villa. Payment is fully in cash (bam or euros accepted). There is a restaurant next door, but we did not try it, so not sure how it was. Easy walk to the public "beach," but you do have to walk on the road to get to it. Boat rentals nearby. Has AC. Friendly staff. Remember to arrange your arrival time with the owner via booking.com! Outdoor area with table and benches with a beautiful view! It has a kitchen (no spices or oil, except for salt). Easy drive to Jablanica center.
Lots of bugs during summer! Could be a little bit cleaner. Outdated furniture and kitchen. Could be updated. Bathroom shower will leak water onto floor. There is a small, private "beach," but it's not really much.

Amazing living space, fantastic location and view. The outdoor space towards the beach is a huge bonus.
Sleeping arrangements are not ideal - one bedroom is windowless, while the other is just behind a screen within the living room area. The bathroom is small and stuffy.

The view was amazing. Unforgettable The furniture was neat and modern It had a huge sunroom
In the pictures it shows that all rooms have ACs but in reality we had one AC in the living room only so the master bedroom felt really hot at night. I think there are more than one apartment and we got the one with No ACs The apartment had a wierd smell somehow

The view was fabulous and we enjoyed seeing the sunrise and the lake while having breakfast. The property was equipped with everything, you can spend all day in it and enjoy the view. Maybe swim in the lake while having BBQ in the facility provided. The property was very clean staff was provided, however, the shower was leaking water so the floor should be cleaned regularly.
One of the rooms wasnt with a door or even a blinder. So doesnt work for couples. There was only one AC in the living room. So very hot in the summer. The main room doesnt have a window or AC, it wasnt comfortable and was too hot at night. The property is on a cliff so its difficult if there are people with disabilities or old.

Very spacious rooms. All equipped with aircon. Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A lot of space inside. AMAZING view from the window. The host was really helpful in each and every aspect and wanted to improve all the issues we had.
Overall cleanliness should be improved (beds and pillows were very clean and fresh, but some parts of the house should be cleaner, especially fridge was completely dirty). No washing machine (even it was on booking com). Some of the taps were not working properly (either hot or cold water missing in 2 bathrooms).

Location is good, it is not noisy, and there are few areas for relaxation, bbq and to chill. There is a parking as well. Staff is very friendly.
Private beach is really small and basically unusable. The beach besides it is full of trash, and looks dirty. If planning to go swimming, I would recommend going to some other (public) beach.
