Near by restaurants and cafe, walking distance to grocery and there is green garden close to the hotel good for children
Also you can take a boat trip in the river coast 10 marks for each person
The entrance of the hotel is from restaurant entrance
And restaurant play music from morning 9 am till 12 MN so better to use river view rooms

Located on the river in Bihac. The parking lot is very small but the reception was helpful in making sure there was a space for me to park. Room was comfortable with a huge balcony and a good view. Lovely to walk around town and along the river.
No clear signage when you walk into the restaurant that reception is down a hall, through a door and up stairs.

The refrigerator was hidden by an arm bed useless for two travelers and we were not aware of its existence until self discovery.

Location beside the river is wonderful.
Has nice restaurant.

Disappointing
The position of the Hotel is a blessing and a curse.
Situated on the river bank with a gorgeous park right to its side, it's in the perfect spot if you're looking to enjoy a nature view and relax.
Relaxing goes only as much as the daytime because in the evening the place becomes ridiculously loud. There are some bars across the river and you're not getting any sleep until they close. It was a workday so I think they closed at about 12:00/01:00, not sure didn't want to look at my phone to see the exact time at that point.
The hotel IS DIRTY. My carpet had some weird stains on it.
Also next to the bed there were some stains.
Wanted to put my drinks into the fridge but the fridge was mouldy and I think it didn't work at all.
In the breakfast area/restaurant they were cleaning, vacuuming, putting glasses in place and they did it without considering the guests trying to eat in peace. If the breakfast is from 07:00, there cannot be cleaning and vacuuming going on until 07:15.
And next to that, there are ants EVERYWHERE.
As I brought my plate to the table and wanted to eat i realised there were ants walking on my table.
Between wildlife, noise and dirty tables I needed to skip my breakfast altogether and go somewhere else to eat.
