Perfect location, next to the river. Large garden.
Private parking, in front of the house.
The host is very friendly, communication was impeccable.
Highly recommended for families with children!
Old pieces of furniture, such as a sofa, should be renewed.

The view
The price is high compared to the apartment,
I have a few notes regarding the apartment:
• The curtain in the living room is detached from the top.
• It would be better if the bed sheets, covers, and pillows were freshly washed, as their color has noticeably faded — likely due to frequent use and washing.
• The inner shelf on the fridge door is broken.
• The quality of the bed is poor, once my son sit it broke.

Lovely location
The air-conditioning was quite loud when heating the apartment, and the refrigerator kept turning on and off, waking everyone up. The walls are pretty thin, and the neighbors had guests over, making it hard to sleep due to their noise. Additionally, the apartment felt very humid, with cold beds and a shower that didn’t dry up, leaving the bathroom foggy until morning.

Amazing place to stay, nice comfortable apartment directly near UNA waterfalls with possibility to jump to fresh water. Close to supermarket and 15 min walk to city centre. Well-equipped apartment. Parking in front of the apartment.

The coworker that helped us was friendly.
First when we arrived the worker was very friendly, this was nice but forgot to tell us a few things how they work. After we saw the house that looks nothing like the picture with an old and broken kitchen, the cabinets will not open or close properly. The shower where when you shower everything gets wet and even the toillet. The house was dirty with dead muscito on all the walls and ceilings, a stinky smell and old sheets. This was already not nice.
Second the view is amazing and this is the upside, the downside is that the water in front of the house is not private. All day and night there were young people(mainly men) swimming, drinking and being loud. This was nowhere in the add, or we read over this.
The third thing that was the worst, is our safety. We already heard some loud bangs, we thought it was fireworks. After a few times we saw some men around 30 years old shooting with hand guns… this is not acceptable. Maybe this is normal in Bosnia but this was not normal for us. We went in the house until they left, but not felt safe after this.

Location ! Near beautiful waterfalls where you can swim and enjoy. Sunsets are magical. Enjoy your motning coffee in peace and sound of the river. Moderne and fully equiped apartment. Staff is very friendly and reply in a minutes .Dont leave a shoes outside at night. Dog can steal it ?

the location was everything, right by the river Una with access to take a dip. close to the city center. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
