Based on my previous experiences, contacting the property isn't something that sets guest's mind at ease and leaves him in good spirits. Vila Tara is The exception that proves the rule. Only seconds after my polite request concerning the non-operating 24/7 reception to wait for us if we’re a bit late, I have received an even more polite response not to worry because the eventual late arrival is not a problem - we will be welcomed upon our arrival - just to drive safely… True that. Professionalism in communication, courtesy, servility and kindness of the openhearted hostess are worth an additional - whole star of the property rating.
As expected, since it was a last minute booking-offer and there was a bikers rally in town - didn’t get to stay at one of the villas in the first row… Those behind don’t have the X factor of the property - beautiful view of/closeness to the emerald green Una river and it’s calming sounds. Next time we will do our reservation timely to reside in that first row - right above Una… and we have the hostess' promise to back us up in that plan :)

The view might be the best in all of Bihac. The waterfall is so near that you can hear it in all of the apartment. The apartment was spacious with a huge living room.
