Perfect stay and experience as always, when we stayed in this accommodation. Host is very helpful and friendly. He also prepare for us a dinner - cevapi and salad.

Beautiful place just on the river and close the main city of Banja Luka.
The room was clean, confortable and very quite.
The host is super nice and kind person. Unfortunately we have not enjoyed his kitchen service that some guest mentions in the reviews but we'll definitely come back next year!

Very quiet place by the river, the host was very hospitable, and the room is very clean and cozy. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is coming to visit the city.

Miroslav is the perfect host. We immediately felt very welcome, and communicated in a mixture of Russian and English. Facilities are basic, but ok. The apartment has a nice balcony, with a view on the trees and the river. There is a summer bar at the ground level, in front of the private beach, so it gets joyfully animated in the weekend.
It was a bit difficult to find the right address, as there is no name on the façade.

Nice location, and the quality/price is the best if you want to sleep nearby Banja Luka.
It kinda looked like the host was not expecting our arrival, and that he was not happy about it. We had to ask for the WiFi password, it was not written on Booking, or in the room.
Didn't really enjoy the picture of the naked woman in our room...

- I was offered a rich supper instead of breakfast - I accepted the offer, to my satisfaction.
- in the morning I got a coffee - that counts!

Miloslav was as absolute top host! Very helpful, cheerful, very friendly, caring for just one thing: that his guests are having a good time.
He gave me the key from his garage to park my motorbike safely.
The stone beach and terrace by the river are super. The room was super comfortable and clean.
When I arrived Miloslav was preparing a big pan of fresh goulash, on a wooden fire, for the guests, for next day. He told me all about it, and we had a few beers and a great evening.
The next day we had the goulash for dinner, with 3 other guests, from Tsjechie.
I can give him nothing but the very highest rating!
The fact that the location coordinates given by booking were 1.5 km away from the correct address!

I was lucky to find this place, with a garage for my bike, exactly when a powerful storm hit the whole area of Banja Luka and part of Croatia, over night and until morning. Trees were brought down, public cables, crazy all over the place but I could sleep really relaxed :).
The owners are really thoughtful and make sure you arrive before sunset to also enjoy the terrace by the river.

Again great experience, this time with tasty dinner prepare for us. I can fully recommend especially for motor bikers, because it is a perfect starting point to the fantastic road to Jajce/Mostar
