We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Guba. The place was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
The service was excellent .
they were always attentive and ready to assist with anything we asked for. A very special thanks to Mr.Fuad, who was genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience and that we were completely satisfied throughout our stay. His care, professionalism, and quick response to every request truly made a difference. He went above and beyond, even arranging a late check-out for us due to the snowfall so we could enjoy more time in this beautiful setting.
This Hotel will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Guba again. Looking forward to coming back!
Nothing to say but some small suggestions for further improvement:
• The shower water pressure could be more consistent, as it occasionally becomes weak or fluctuates.
• It would be great to have more cooking utensils available in the villa, such as pots in different sizes, for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
• A little more attention to detailed cleaning — particularly behind the beds — would enhance the overall experience even further.
• Upgrading the TV to a Smart TV with access to YouTube or streaming services would make it easier for guests to relax and enjoy movies.

We had a wonderful stay at this palace. The design of the palace was elegant and impressive, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. There were different activities available, and the view was beautiful and relaxing.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The room was big and had a nice view.
We found bed bugs and fleas in the room, which caused many bites. Because of this, we had to wash all our clothes and luggage very carefully to avoid taking the bugs back home.
This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, yet most of the staff do not understand English, which made communication very difficult.
The air conditioning was not working, and despite reporting the issue, they refused to change our room.
The furniture is very old and dusty, and the carpets are extremely old and dirty.
Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Extremely disappointing experience from the very beginning. The reception staff left a terrible first impression by charging me extra for my one-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable — especially considering that none of the other bookings I made across the same country applied such a charge. This felt like nothing more than an opportunistic and unfair attempt to extract more money.
The on-site steakhouse restaurant is grossly overpriced for what it offers. To make matters worse, the teleferic — one of the main attractions — was completely out of service, with no prior notice or compensation.
Overall, this place is poorly managed, unwelcoming, and clearly prioritizes profit over guest experience. I do not recommend it.

Property is quite unique with a separate sort of gated community over a very large and spacious area
TVs in the rooms were not smart TVs. Sometimes takes time to wait for the shuttle from the villa to lobby and vice versa.

The room was everything we wanted; the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing. The swimming pool was wonderful and the showers next to it were excellent and had all the amenities. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet to meet everyone's taste. Every night there is a show for kids and adults with fun games to play. The hot chocolate in the lobby cafeteria is delicious. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The area around the resort is very spacious and the natural scenery is spectacular. There is a lake with ducks and boat rides, there is a carriage that takes you around the entire estate, also shooting, billiard and bowling activities are available and the kids club is very nice. The Steakhouse chalet restaurant was excellent. Everything about the Hotel is Exceptional, we liked everything and had a wonderful time.
